Role Summary
You will assume primary equity research coverage over one or more sectors, leading industry analysis, bottom-up company research, and investment recommendations in your area of coverage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental company and industry research.

• Produce regular recommendations on new ideas and actionable updates on existing positions.

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and investment reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a high performer in buy/sell-side equity research or investment banking, covering one or more of our relevant verticals. Will also consider industry experience in an operational role in a relevant sector, if paired with demonstrated aptitude for investment analysis and other qualifications here.

• Demonstrated depth of knowledge in relevant industry, including contact relationships.

• Strong Excel modeling ability; experience building and maintaining robust company models.

• Strong writing and communication skills; able to explain a business model, industry dynamics, and investment conclusions clearly.

• High ownership mindset, detail orientation, and intellectual curiosity.

• Ability to maintain self-motivation in a flexible and collegial environment.

Strongly Preferred

• CFA Charterholder.

• Demonstrated compatibility with a long-only, US-only, long-term-oriented fundamental investment strategy.

• Familiarity with FactSet and intelligent, up-to-date use of AI tools.
